article Design synonyms can be confusing, especially when it comes to designing an architectural or industrial structure.
But in the case of the Modern House, a multi-leveled residential development in New York City, it is more of a synonym than a noun.
The Modern House is the result of a partnership between developer Kohno Construction, the developers of the existing Kohnos and the city’s Department of Buildings.
The Modern House’s first phase will be the site of the City Hall Building, which is currently under construction.
It will be completed in 2021.
The project was first announced in 2013, when it was first revealed to be a residential tower with a parking lot and office space.
The developers initially envisioned the building to be an urban park and a mixed-use building that would be similar to the ones in the surrounding areas, but after some design changes and the realization that it would be more appropriate for a residential structure, the Modern house was ultimately shelved.
The developers had originally intended to use the project for the development of retail space, but that plan was scrapped due to its high cost and the high cost of land.
It is unclear whether the Modern Houses office and retail space will be located in the same area as the buildings currently under development.
The design team behind the Modern building is the same team that designed the Kohnojas residential building in New Jersey, and their design team is comprised of the same group of architects and designers as the Kohonojas building in Manhattan.
The architects include Robert C. Barch, a noted contemporary architect, who designed the modern house in New England and designed many of the other modern residential buildings in the US, and George B. Brown, who also designed the New England Kohnoji building in Connecticut.
Brown was the architect of the building at the time the Modern was designed.
He is known for his work in Boston, and he designed the building for the city of Boston in 2011.
His design team also designed many other buildings, including the World Trade Center, the Boston Redevelopment Authority building, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston building.
Brown’s design team includes Daniel W. Siegel, a Boston-based architect who also worked on the Kojonojis development.
The new Modern house will be built on a 5,200-square-foot lot that includes office space, a retail space and an attached garage.
The building will also include a new residential parking lot, with a total of 10,000 square feet of parking.
The development has been named for the Komonojas family, who originally built the building in 1661.
The developer is proposing a total retail and office density of 5,600 square feet, which would be in line with other buildings in Manhattan, according to the developers.
That density is significantly lower than the current density of 10 percent of residential units in Manhattan or in some other large metropolitan area.
In New York, that rate is around 5 percent of units.
The proposed retail density would be approximately 2,600 units, which makes the Modern the largest residential development to use a denser, smaller, lower density residential design in the city.
The residential units will be grouped into four levels, with each level featuring a different architectural feature.
The retail floor area of each level is divided into a number of retail levels, each with a different floor area.
Each retail level also features a separate parking level, with additional spaces for the building’s tenants.
There are no designated parking spaces in the retail floor areas, and parking spaces are provided by parking meters.
The parking spaces will be designed to maximize parking efficiency for the buildings.
There will be no designated curb cut and no dedicated spaces for parking.
The parking levels will be separated by a pedestrian plaza.
The proposed buildings will be connected by a central pedestrian plaza, which will connect to the buildings parking levels, and a central public courtyard that will serve as the home of the development.
In the future, the development will also serve as a hub for the design and construction of new commercial buildings.
The city has set aside $1 million toward the project.
